Earlier today I've been rethinking of that "certain drug" Mr. Bunyag told the class. Enter the Glutamic Acid: (Glutamate is the most abundant excitatory neurotransmitter in the mammalian nervous system.) blah blah.. making it short; it is a kind of memory enhancer. I bought 2 packs of Glutaphose & Stresstabs+Iron a while ago @ Watsons. Let's see how it will work for mois.

It's been a while since I attended church here in Baguio.
I missed going to church. I missed singing praises to the Lord. I missed listening to the Word of God.

Sunday's sermon was astounding! Believe me. Thought we missed getting there in time, the message struck right through me. Over the past months I've been dealing with this "love" predicament. Thoughts of hope, reconciliation and self centeredness coupled with misery, denial and bitterness filled my head. Shortly I began to realize that forgiveness & letting go, indeed coincides with each other. Oftentimes in the past I got myself believing into that I already let her go, but hey, something's undone yet.

How can one let a person go if you haven't forgiven him or her?

Humming Jeremy Camp's "Take You Back" gives me a further concrete reality on what it meant. The BEST THING about forgiveness is it doesn't come with a PRICE TAG; gratis.

A heart that pleads forgiveness
Replacing all these thoughts
Of painful memories

Two days since I started Frosted Blueberries.
Still pre-occupied in Academics indeed.
Friday greeted a warm daybreak.

Truly Friday's smile is blistering at 21 Degrees.
Dang! It's hot (than the average day)
Good thing in Baguio a cooling device is not a requirement.

My day started with a zeal of enthusiasm in AnaPhy Lab. (though I forgot my labgown)
Even so I have had much time left to have my Physical Assessment Manual re-book bounded at Nok's Xerox Piazza. You might be wondering what's up with that? Well, the original was a bounded on a cursed long bond paper which makes it an significant hassle when kept in my bag. Nevertheless, a quiz on Nutrition followed Anaphy Lab. We're dismissed early. (you don't wanna know how'd it went, tell me)


Another Biochem quiz later in the afternoon. heck..
CHO - CHO - CHO - CHO carbohydrates! :boring:



After a hearty lunch, i went out (with my umbrella) to check into the cloud formation for rain possibilities in afternoon. In an unfortunate way.. it was still clear. Rain! Rain! Come again!
